"The property was beautiful and very well maintained, but several things about the stay were disappointing, especially given the high reviews. The room had plenty of snacks and other items available for purchase, but very little felt included beyond a complimentary tote bag. An $8 bag of M&M’s felt excessive on top of what you’re already paying to stay there. The TV was also frustrating. It relied on Google Cast, which wasn’t working for part of our stay, leaving us unable to watch anything. Most hotels I stay in make accessing Netflix straightforward through the remote, so this felt unnecessarily complicated. The biggest issue for me was the extremely weak Wi-Fi. I brought my laptop to work but could barely maintain a connection and ultimately had to go to a local coffee shop to complete my work. While I appreciated how lovely the property was, these inconveniences took away from the overall experience. I expected more reliable basics and a few more thoughtful amenities."

"I've stayed here several times and the staff is excellent every time I go! They are helpful, accomodating and pleasant. The hotel itself is beautiful but I think it is starting to show signs of being dated. There aren't many amenties but there are spaces to work and a restuarant to eat. Most things are walkable from the hotel. Standard rooms are an okay stay but I would recommend upgrading if you can."

Highly recommend and would stay here again."
