The home offers spacious bedrooms, open plan living with a number of entertaining areas, a stunning in ground pool which sits along side a tidal lake, home to many bird life and is the perfect spot for a sundowner or two.
As you come through the 'Grand' entrance, you are greeted by floor to ceiling windows and lots of light!
To your right and facing the front of the property there is a private area (sleeping up to 4 people) and can be closed off from the rest of the house.
It contains a large lounge, Smart TV, and kitchenette complete with a Nespresso machine, toaster & microwave.
This area separates Bedroom 3 & 4 and houses a spacious family bathroom.
Both bedrooms have powerful ceiling fans & comfy Queen beds .
Heading out to the back section of the house, you pass an outside garden & courtyard area which can be accessed via sliding doors.
You then come to Bedroom 2 - Double bed & Ceiling fan which has adjoining access to a bathroom with shower. This also adjoins to lounge 2, a great place for the kids to relax, shut off from the main living area.
Finally, at the back of the house you are greeted by a modern, open plan, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast island, living and dining area with AC that flows onto a large covered Alfresco entertainment area with large BBQ & drinks fridge. Perfect for relaxing with a coffee and reading a book. Or take your drink down to the pool & creek side.
Bring your own kayak or paddle board to access the creek & take a paddle all the way to Kingscliff, if you so desire!
The Master King bedroom sits to the left side of this, and contains an ensuite with a large walk-in shower, free standing bathtub and huge walk-in robe and AC.
There is also a laundry room and seperate toilet.
All bedrooms come with quality linen, bath towels & large bottle Eco toiletries.

The famous Taverna Greek Restaurant in Kingscliff is an absolute must, be sure to book ahead.
Enjoy a happy hour cocktail at the iconic Halcyon House and Paper Daisy Restaurant (this is not to be missed)
No 35 Kitchen and Bar - contemporary food, worth a visit.
Enjoy your holiday swimming along some of the most beautiful beaches along NSW coastline. Caba Cove is absolute perfection, be sure to pack a picnic lunch as you won't want to leave. It's a great surf spot and has a park for the kids.
Pack the car up and head north to Cudgen Creek (Kingscliff Creek) or even south to Hastings Creek both beautiful spots for a kayak, stand up paddle board or snorkel.
