"We were in a 4th floor room at one end of the traffic-side of the building. One immediate neighbor was a stairwell we never saw anyone else using. The stay was pleasant, the staff friendly and accomodating. Of course, if you want the Ritz-Carlton, you'll have to go to the Ritz-Carlton. But for the price, this was a 5-star experience."

Even though they were fully booked, I still managed to get an early room. The room and hotel were clean. The breakfast was excellent and well presented.
