「The room was very clean, bed sheets, towels etc. The housekeeping cleaned our room daily. The receptionists were so helpful and kind all the time. I'd like to mention their names: Gordana, Lorena, Ivana and Marija. They answered all my questions and adviced me about the city. The location of the hotel is very good.
