Only 3 sests, all of which wobbly with screws missing and unstable to sit on. Crockery dirty and damaged and only enough for 3. Bedside cabinet fallen apart. Sofa beds supposed to be double, but were single and 1 broken and heavily stained. Cigarette butt found on the floor. Only 3 towels provided. Gap around shower...

I must say I was not sure what to expect but knew the HUB area of MK so thought it would be OK. "If you are staying in the paddock building, there is a separate carpark closer to that building. The bar area is nice and I preferred the bar menu compared to the man restaurant. A lot cheaper as well. My room in the paddock building was great. Plenty of space, clean and they kept the natural wall as a feature as well. Comfy bed. Plenty of extras in the room such as canned water, sweets, crisps, biscuits etc. The room had a fridge as well. I booked through hotels.com £93 for a Monday night including breakfast as access to the leisure facilities. Leisure facilities had a good steam room and sauna. Two hot tubs but one isn’t working. Large pool, a little cold but good. Plenty of loungers. I didn’t use any of the other facilities such as the gym, hair salon or beauty/massage therapies. There is also plenty of seating areas around the building so you can step away and find somewhere more quiet and intimate if you don’t want to be in the main bar. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"The building is in need of a full refurbishment throughout. Tired carpets and curtains, damaged or poorly repaired walls, broken lifts and windows. For the price listed, i could have found better and had i have known, i would have. The parking was free, after speaking to the young man on reception, he said it was not necessary to record my vehicle registration. So i guess we'll see if a ticket lands at my door. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. "
