「Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. 」

「Francis is a such warm and thoughtful host. He greeted us with a complimentary pick up (and drop off) at the ferry and made sure we had a wonderful time. This is the only belizean owned waterfront property on the island, and I highly recommend this lovely hidden gem. 」

「Area was beautiful check in was super easy, room was clean and a/c worked great. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owners was fast. Close enough to everything but far enough away so it was quite at night to sleep. Staff was very social and remembered our names every time we came in or out. Salty’s across the way was nice if you wanted a late snack or drinks before heading home. We stayed 8 nights in March of 2025」

「Its a nice place to stay and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its near the airport and far from the restaurants, shops and good beaches. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart, borrowing a bike or taking taxis. The second "bedroom" is actually a loft with a steep ladder and very small beds most suitable to children.」

「I celebrated my birthday here with a handful of friends, and we had an amazing time! The location was excellent, so close to the Split ferry, but secluded enough to feel relaxed. 「We enjoyed staying on the quieter part of the island, while still being able to easily walk and bike to shops and restaurants, etc. The pool was lovely and refreshing.
