Hotel that’s located near Turin city center

Very near to the city center where you can roam around and having good neighborhood. It’s very accessible to the direction of motorway as well.

Camera spaziosa, mobilio un po' datato ma in buone condizioni. Posizione non molto centrale, non raggiungibile con il métro, ma possibilità di parcheggio non lontano. Non usufruito il garage che sarebbe stato un po' costoso. Colazione variata, di buona qualità, alcuni prodotti artigianali. Prezzo competitivo riguardo ad altri esercizi della stessa categoria in città.

Le camere purtroppo non sono all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle, ho trovato parecchia polvere e poca attenzione al dettaglio. Lo staff alla reception è stato super gentile e disponibile, quando ho avvisato che la camera che mi era stata assegnata all’ultimo piano era eccessivamente fredda e dalle finestre entravano spifferi mi hanno immediatamente proposto di cambiare camera con un upgrade, ho molto apprezzato. Mi dispiace però che il problema delle camere fredde è generalizzato, forse perché il condizionamento è centralizzato.

Torino molto bella, peccato l'albergo.

Molto deludente, le camere hanno bisogno urgente di mantenimento, pavimento staccato che scricchiola, per niente insonorizzato, sono stati due giorni abbastanza caldi, ho chiesto la ragione per la quale non funzionava l'aria condizionata, la risposta per che non avevano ancora l'autorizzazione dal comune per accenderla, cosi la seconda note mi hanno dato un ventilatore e finestre aperte.

Struttura del hotel abbastanza retrò camere belle spaziose a abbastanza pulite! Le uniche pecche che non ti posso far pagare 17€ al gg il parcheggio dovrebbe essere incluso nel prezzo come la colazione. In totale hotel 4 stelle ma sinceramente ne toglierei alcune!!
