"Hotel was ok. Looking a bit tired after having been here when it first opened about 9 years ago. Breakfast could be improved using local yoghurt & fresh fruit. The jetty was not manned whilst we were there. A few maintenance issues in room. Toilet roll holder loose, bathroom tap needs fixing, Wi-Fi very intermittent. Kettle, tea & coffe missing in rooms. For a 4 star hotel, these items are necessary. "

"Beautiful location but the property isn't run very well. I requested a quiet room and the check-in staff said he was gonna take care of me - gave me a room right in front of the elevator. The A/C didn't work in that room (apparently they were aware of it and gave me that room nonetheless) so I requested a new room but had to wait an hour and a half for the manager to take a look. "Large clean room and bathroom. Newly redecorated. The shower is big with good pressure. Plenty of storage space. Good aircon and WiFi. Nice buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Relaxing pool area. Wonderful owners and staff, very kind and helpful. Good quiet location. 10 minute walk to bus station and about 15 minutes or so to the harbour. "
