The rooms (suites) were well equipped, comfy and have a lot of space. The staff is very friendly. The amenities (pool) are clean. Would love to come back and stay longer.

So good that I’d like to keep it all to myself :) One of the few places that has absolutely everything you could want: a beach location, a pool, spa facilities, parking, a restaurant, and—above all—the option to book an apartment with amazing amenities.

This is my second stay at SunDance and I absolutey love this place. Staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast, great food selection. Beautiful beach. I can't fault this property for anything.

The room they gave was first floor on top of the kitchen all the cooking smell in the room each night music and noisy till 2 am so if you want to sleep forget about we complained each day and especially when they know we are Expedia they ignored us. In addition very poor breakfast and they make a fraud the coffee that we took in breakfast they charge for it on the 4th day and no one informed us that breakfast coffee is extra and we get charged 140$ for breakfast coffee. Really this hotel should be 1 star max

Overall the hotel is lovely, however the room we booked over looking the pool had plumbing issue. There was no water. So they gave us another room which had a carpark view! As it was late night when we checked in we took the room and asked to be changed in the morning but apparently they hadn’t been able to fix the plumbing and no other rooms were available! Even though the hotel seemed half empty.

Generally we had a lovely stay at Sundance. Check in was great, Nazan (I think that was her name) was lovely, and always went out of her way to help us. The WiFi initially didn’t connect and she reset the system. She bought us water everyday and clean towels when we needed them. The breakfast was served on the table as opposed to a buffet as we visited at the end of May (the season hadn’t started yet?). It was a lovely selection of Turkish cheese, breads, jams and eggs. We were there for 4 days - i wish there could have been a bit of variety with the breakfast but it was good nonetheless. There are just a few things that I want to mention. I found a small piece of glass on the floor (see picture). When I showed the lady on reception, she took the glass from me and put it in the bin - she wasn’t shocked and didn’t offer an apology. I thought this was strange. I have 2 small children and either one of them could have crawled/stood on the glass. Cleaning of the rooms happens every 2 days - the cleaners didn’t come on day 2 and we were told they just forgot (again strange as the hotel only had 4 other guests at the time). It was a shame that the spa and indoor pool weren’t open, there was a storm while we’re at the hotel and entertaining 2 children in a hotel room when we could have been using the indoor pool (as it’s advertised). The blinds do not keep the light out fyi. Also we paid for a pool view and didn’t get that, even though the hotel was not full.

Il n’y avait personne l’accueil seulement ma carte de chambre avec mon nom! Les portes fenêtres et la rampe en verre étaient sales, elles n’ont pas été lavées depuis très longtemps, le distributeur à savon était vide, il y a des taches sur le mur de la salle de bain, les douche pluie ne fonctionne pas vraiment bien dans les deux salles de bain de notre suite. Sur notre balcon la table et les chaises étaient très poussiéreuses. Cet hôtel n’est pas prêt pour la saison touristique, pas de chaises longues ni parasol. Nous sommes vraiment déçu. La seule chose positive est la vue quand les portes fenêtres sont ouvertes.

Bor gun icin reservasyon yapmistik planlamadan 4 gun uzattik esimle. Odalar cok nezih ve ev rahatliginda ve estetik. Sezon olmadigi icin sakindi ve cok memnun kaldik. Personel, ozellikle en cok muhatab oldugumuz Nazan Hanim ve resepsiyondaki hanim cok miisafirperverdi ve bizi cok rahat hissettirdiler. Tekrar gelmek icin simdiden plan yaptik:)

Bence gayet iyiydi.

Bence fiyatına göre harika bir yer, mayıs ortası olduğu için spa , hamam açık değildi. Birde su kaydırakları yokmuş eskiden varmış. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çalışkan. Geldiğimizde çocukların yatacağı yerler bile hazırlanmıştı.

Otel , konumu,ferahlığı,odaların konforu açısından mükemmeldi.Denize nazır suit bir odada kaldık.Isısı çok iyiydi.Sezon henüz açılmadığı için personel açıkları vardı,geç vakitte gittiğimiz için karşılayan olmadı ama çıkışta Hande Hanım bize herkonuda çok yardımcı oldu Kendisine teşekkür ederiz.
