The comforter on the bed had huge orange stains ok it, the refrigerator had something slimey in it that got all over my insulin and it did not cool very well. I always chose Fairfield because of how wonderful they have been in the past. The mattress was lumpy and I could feel the springs poking me, the pillows were lumpy.

The worst Fairfield Inn by Marriott
The room was full of dust and the furniture had holes in it. You had workers at your front desk with iPods in both ears. This is rude and it causes a safety issue at the very least. This hotel definitely needs an update. This is by far the worst Marriott hotel I’ve stayed in. There is no reason why a customer should be given a room in this condition. The soap dispenser was really low and we called to get more soap and the Lady at the desk was so rude. She came off as if my wife was bothering her. She stated in a rude tone that my wife would have to come downstairs to get the soap. My wife stated to her that she could have said that in a better tone. The Lady repeated it in the same tone. I’ve never experienced this level of poor customer service at a Marriott.
