The restaurant options are limited, but still a very nice variety of quality options at reasonable prices.There's also plenty of food choices nearby. The casino was ok. The smokiness made us not want to spend much time in there which was fine because it also made us not want to spend much money. All in all, the hospitality, affordable/quality restaurants, and proximity to ski resorts left us with super positive experience. We will be returning in the future. "

"ABSOLUTELY NOT HAD 2 SWITCH ROOMS TWICE DUE TO TV AND THERMOSTAT NOT WORKING THE TOWELS HAD BLACK SMUDGE ON THEM AND THE WASH CLOTHE BLOOD SEE PICTURE THIS IS A RUN DOWN MOTEL WHEN ASKED FOR NEW TOWEL WASHCLOTH THEY GOT TO GET ROOM SERVICE THAT NEVER SHOWED UP BACK DOWN TO THE LOBBY THEY THEN SWITCHED THE ROOM NEXT ROOM HAD LAMPS WITH MOLD ALL OVER THEM BED HAD BLACK SPECKLES WHICH APPEARED TO LOOK LIKE BED BUGS THE SHEETS WHERE IN BAD SHAPE WITH BURN HOLES I"

"This place is okay but I’ve been to Quality inn in Kentucky much better breakfast hot too eggs sausage etc. also this place doesn’t give rooms after midnight they tell you no room available till 3 pm which is STUPID so don’t bother going here after midnight go to another motel willing to give you a room. "

"these place is amazing smell good everything clean staff nigth time friendly in the morning is a white lady that hate her life my 3rd stay there one of the best hotels in wilkes barre really quiet and secured great pillows great sheets and the carpets flawles and everything else im very exigent when it comes to clean and bedding the beds are comfortable like in my home smell great the hallwas i will keep staying here everytime i do bussines in the area thanks for everything i stay from march10 to 11 "

"Front desk was inconsistently staffed. For a 2-night stay, I needed my keycard reprogrammed for the 2nd day. The only amenity was soap. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! On the plus side, Dena from Housekeeping was helpful!"
