"Todo estuvo excelente Pese a que el inconveniente que tuvimos No tuvo nada que ver con el Hotel, Desgraciadamente no había acceso a la zona arqueologica de Chichenitza lo cual nos convirtió en casi los únicos huéspedes del hotel, pero eso No afecto en nada la calidad y servicio del personal, cenamos y desayunamos en el hotel todo excelente contaban con todo lo del menú a final de cuentas fue una experiencia diferente No cualquiera tiene un Hotel entero a su disposición con todo el Personal, sin problema regresaría con gusto."

"Fabulous setting in the jungle , a beautiful sanctuary. The food was fresh and flavoursome. The pool was a perfect size and temperature for an afternoon swim in the rain. The turtles were cute and hungry. The manager was exceptionally knowledgeable and his English was clear and concise. A pleasure to have a discussion with. We booked the 90 minute spa session and were disappointed. The treatment price was top dollar anywhere in the world, and the service did not even come close to value for money. A few strokes and some body product painted on covered with leaves. The girls were chatting and giggling for at least 10 minutes of the treatment. We lost our vibe due to the distraction. We would stay again however do not recommend the spa until the owner invests in training. One other thing, we think the water in the room should not be charged for."

"Nos alojamos en ese hotel por la cercanía al centro arqueológico de Chichén Itzá pero los artesanos hicieron un piquete y no nos dejaron entrar, siendo que viajamos para ver el monumento y no pudimos nos fuimos temprano a Mérida. El hotel en consecuencia de este hecho estaba vacío, solo nosotros y una chica uruguaya. Con respecto al hotel quedó muy antiguo, necesita una lavada de cara, modernizar en general en todos los espacios, está mantenido,pero igual que hace 20 años, lo más lindo el lugar donde está la selva por lo cual se escuchan muchos aves cantando, muy bien cuidado el jardín, buen estacionamiento."

"The property is beautiful and in a perfect location next to all the sites you want to see. The pool area is gorgeous, with beautiful Yucatanian hammocks. However, the rooms are dated and in need of renovation. The amenities simply do not exist. For example, no coffee in the room and no big pot of coffee in the lobbly. No refrigerator either, which would have been nice. Worst of all, the staff was extremely uptight and unhelpful. To the point of being really mean and interfering with our fun. The pool closes at 8 pm which is ridiculous, and we were scolded for being in there after 8, even though we were extremely quiet and considerate of other guests. They took a big deposit for amenities at checkin and were extremely rude and accusatory when we checked out, acting as if we were trying to skip out on paying for a breakfast--which was terrible by the way. Don't eat at the hotel."

"It was a really pretty little place. It doesn’t look like much from the outside- but once you go in it’s actually pretty spacious and nice. The room was spacious and had a wooden shutter on the door that was pretty cool. There were two cats hanging out in there- a white and black one. Both very cute, very sweet. Say hello to them if you go! :) Wash your hands after though :) Very nice staff- patient with english speakers. :)"

"The hacienda property is spectacular. The lush tropical surroundings and the pool is extremely beautiful and so very relaxing. The restaurant is fantastic with plenty of local Mayan dishes both for meat eaters and vegetarians and vegans. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of traditional Spanish colonial accents. Lastly, the hotel staff is superb..very polite welcoming and helpful! Best hotel I have stayed at. Super relaxing rejuvenating stay. "
