The breakfast is delicious. Staff is very friendly. Spacious room and impecable, the bathroom is awesome, lots of counter space, the shower pressure is great.

Mariabonita is a nice hotel in Villa de Leyva. It's a new building, but colonial stile. Rooms and bathroom are large, very comfortable. clean, very good service..It is located near bomberos and circunvalar ave, and a few blocks from the main Villa central plaza. Recommend it.

A fantastic experience

This hotel is a gem! Beautiful architecture. Tastefully decorated, down to the smallest details. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Gorgeous patio. Lovely, and helpful staff. Not all of them speak English, but all of them are very polite and friendly. Great location, away from the noise of the crowded town centre, and at the same time very close to it, an easy few-minute walk to everything. Free indoor parking. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. Beautiful and spacious shower. Stunning views of the town and the mountains. This hotel is listed as a 3-star hotel, but it feels like a 5-star property and service. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back!

MAL, muy mal , a pesar que hotels.com me confirmo reserva , al presentarme al hotel la misma no aparecia, al llamar a la linea de atencion al cliente No me resolvieron nada . todo esto despues de 5 horas de viaje ... El hotel no tuvo la culpa .

Luces y sombras

En grandes rasgos, fue ok. Los cuartos y los baños son amplios y lindos, así como también el edificio en sí. Las camas fueron agradables, no tan suaves, no tan duras, exactamente lo que se necesita para dormir bien. El personal es simpático y ágil, tiene un buen trato con el huésped. Sin embargo, había tres problemas: 1) Se escucha una música de fondo, suave, pero todo el día, la música penetra hasta los cuartos, lo que molesta. 2) Cuando llovía fuerte, el WiFi dejó de funcionar y no se reestableció hasta el próximo día. 3) El segundo día se nos comunicó que el desayuno estaba incluido por sólo un día, se nos cobró el segundo día el desayuno, muy caro, por un desayuno que a lo mejor es regular.

Un buen hotel mal administrado.

El personal nos atendió muy bien. El hotel tiene un parqueadero cubierto que no ofrece a sus huespedes, obligándolos a dejar los vehículos en la calle del frente a riesgo de ser vandalizados. El desayuno "continental", muy pobre, con el peor cafe que nos han servido en cualquier hotel.Auque nos enteramos que la gerente si tiene una cafetera de expresos en su oficina, solo para ella. La ducha del baño deliciosa, mientras que no fallo la bomba por problemas de "fallas eléctricas". La puerta frontal permanece cerrada, aun durante el día, nunca supimos porque. Parece que por seguridad, pero si dejan los carros de los huéspedes afuera en la calle. La construction es bonita,las habitaciones espaciosas, con buena luz y ventilación. El area alrededor del hotel son solo lotes validos, que probablemente promueven la inseguridad.

Execelntes instalaciones, nuevas, habitaciones super amplias y excelentes duchas. a tres cuadras de la plaza principal lo que lo hace muy facil para caminar y a la vez silencioso para descansar. Atención miy personalizada y amable. Mejoraría el pan desayuno y quizá tener opcipnes para un desayuno mas "hotelero". Igualmente, el parqueo, los carros toca dejarlos al frente sin algo bien establecido. Gracias y éxito!!!!
