Beautiful room, and easy to find. The staff speak English and are very helpful. Good price for restaurant in this hotel and good food. Very welcoming for a family of four. Showers are hot and TV works great for a one night stay. Plentiful breakfast with many available options. Awesome!

Big and clean room, bed was good too, bathroom is not very functionally , WIFI not the best but ok., water in the shower is strong. personal are very helpful try to satisfy the clients in all the maters. generally good experience.

We reserved an accessible room due to special needs, but what we were given was extremely small and completely inadequate. The bathroom was unusable for anyone with mobility challenges — a major issue for a room advertised as accessible. It was clear that accessibility was not genuinely considered. I do not recommend staying at Marigold Hotel if you require accessible accommodations. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Ok But....

Good hotel. But i wish the reception would answer calls for guests staying at hotel. Tried so many times to ring my father who was staying there. Either no answer or put you on hold. The request for constant tipping also a little frustrating and not right.

You can find way better places than this.

Receptionist play stupid with a smile when you ask for anything. We, and other guests had several problems, but it was like talking with a wall. The worst problem: all the beds creak very loudly, I mean all of them, they proposed to change room but all have the same issue, they are all broke, basically you can move at night or you'll wake up your partner. They promissed that after the first night maintenance would have fix that but of course never happend. The breakfast buffet has stale food, not a great experience. The hotel once may have been a 4 star, now 2 would be more accurate.

Just not worth it with other hotels in the area

The internet kept cutting out every 30 seconds, leading to a frustrating experience. My room had no towels and i had to go down twice to ask for them. The phone in the room is decoration, they dont pur the reception number. When I walked into the shower, the shower water wasnt working. It was leaking behind the wall and from the plumbing/sewer hole in the floor. Id personally ask for a refund but im just happy it was one day. Definitely not a 4 star or even close to 4 star hotel.

J'ai réservé une chambre avec un lit double, à mon arrivée J'ai reçu une chambre un lit simple. J'ai demandé à changer et on m'a mis dans une chambre sans savon pour se laver. Ce n'est que le lendemain que j'ai été envoyé dans une autre chambre. Wifi déplorable, très faible.

Hôtel situé dans un quartier calme. La chambre pour 4 était très belle, propre, avec 2 salle d'eau et 2 toilettes. Le petit dejeuner varié. Rien a redire, nous ne sommes resté que 2 nuits mais on aurait volontier rallongé si on ne devait pas quitter Tunis.

Tout simplement parfait

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. L'hôtel est de grande qualité et très spacieux. Une mention particulière a Mr Fawzi à l'accueil et Amine en réception le soir qui ont été prévenant et d'une aide précieuse pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Merci à eux 2, ils sont des exemples parfait que chaque hôtel rêverai d'avoir.
