"Well, the room was nice. The view was fantastic. But that there is not enough money to provide even a bottle of water is not understandable and not acceptable. And they tell you that they don’t have toothbrush and whatever you need in the bathroom or you need to buy it that’s still OK. But they really should point out during check-in. There is no drink in the room. You can buy it here now. I think this category not even a bottle of water not acceptable can absolutely not recommend. It’s a little thing which makes you happy all the big things are very fine."

"Hotel is convenient for the airport providing a complimentary shuttle bus at 20 minute intervals. Rooms are comfortable. It is attached to the City Gate shopping mall and within walking distance to Tung Chung MTR station. We have stayed there many times,"

"We had a very pleasant stay and were given an older style room which we prefer. The decor is preferable to us as it is brighter and there is more cupboard space. The new decor is quite gloomy. It is our 8th stay in the hotel."
