The private rooms at the home sleep up to 8 guests - and home has a large, fenced backyard. The house has all the necessities you would want in your home-away-from-home and a peaceful-yet-central neighborhood location, just minutes from outdoor activities and downtown attractions alike.

Neighborhood is great. Very calm and very close to gathering place. As a local it takes me 15 - 20 min to walk to it. It may take you a little longer 😉

Guest can access all the rooms accept our storage room. If you would like to request an early check-in, please feel free to reach out to us on the day of your arrival around 10 AM. We'll verify the status of our previous guests to ensure their departure before we can confirm your request. Additionally, please note that an early check-in or late check-out fee may apply for this option.

This home is vintage. It’s been here for many years. We have done some updates on it but it still keeps its smell from the past and brings you back to older times. I hope you enjoy it. It is great price for such a large home.

This home isn’t for people with special necessities or for folks with allergies as it is very old home and sometimes special vintage smell may affect them.

Also, if you aren’t from Oklahoma I want to assure you that there will be a rodent or ants and other things coming into the homes at one point of your stay so please let us know and we will spray. We won’t be able to do a refund for that as it is typical thing happening. We want to assure you know it before you book.

This is a beautiful home, but the presence of large cockroaches was difficult to manage. I believe that if this issue could be controlled, the residence would be very comfortable.

The home was not close to as described or pictured. From the time we entered the home there was an odor. The front bedroom had a hole from the outside that extended all the way inside the room and had a towel rolled up in it to close it up. The hole was then hidden behind a picture hanging to hopefully not be noticed. The other 3 bedrooms had holes in the floor that was from missing floor vent covers. The bathroom that was attached to one of the bedrooms was absolutely disgusting and we were unable to take a shower in it. The washer and dryer were in the garage and the washer did not work. There was a gutter on the back patio that was held up by a 2x4 board wedged on the patio. We opened a door that had a latch lock on it that was broken and it was full literally from the floor 3/4 the way up of old dirty sheets, old shoes, bags of junk and smelled old and musty. The rental manager called me within 10 minutes of being there and stated she could not get another bad review on VRBO She went so far as saying she would give us a partial refund for a good review. We cold not do that because we feel that we would be partially responsible for someone else getting a terrible experience as we did. But I would say there were several people that took her up on the offer just by looking at the good reviews and 10 out of 10 because there is no way I would give it a 1. Just received message a few minutes ago asking for Venmo and would send us 1/2 once we left glowing review. NOPE.

This property was completely unsuitable for occupancy. Upon arrival, we discovered multiple serious health and safety issues that made our stay unbearable.Health & Safety Concerns:Visible mold on the front door and beneath swamp coolers with water damageOverwhelming urine smell throughout the entire house, especially intense in the back king bedroom - the space was unsanitary and unlivableHole in the front bedroom wall poorly concealed with a towel shoved through to the exterior (photos provided to VRBO)Gutter held up by a 2x4 board instead of proper hardwareLiving room TV powered by extension cords daisy-chained from an outlet - a clear fire hazard and code violationUnethical Property Management:When I contacted the property manager about these conditions, things went from bad to worse. She attempted to buy a positive review by asking "how much of a refund would you need for a 5-star rating?" When I called to discuss the issues professionally, she became defensive, accused me of threatening her, hung up on me, and then blocked my number.This property is a health hazard, the management is unprofessional and unethical, and the attempt to manipulate reviews shows a complete disregard for guest safety and honest business practices. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Beds were comfortable! The photos do not depict the actual space, specifically the furniture in the living room and the bathrooms. The floors were sticky under your feet. Unfortunately for us, the check-in process was not easy when requesting an earlier check-in time. While this house easily accommodated 6 adults, it was not a good value.

A Low-Rate Motel disguised as a Home

This is a property whereby the sole purpose is rental income with no regard for quality of any kind. The odor in the home is due to mold. It is an older home that has not been maintained. The mold has been covered-up with paint and thick plaster and is still visible, hence the moldy odor. The mgmt had a tree-removal company disrupt both the front yard and rear yard, cutting down huge trees using loud chain saws. This continued 3 days and blocked parking access in addition to noise. Microwave didn't work and was replaced. One day, a crew arrived while we were gone and took out an AC unit from a bedroom. When we returned to the house, the AC unit was gone and a large hole was left in the bedroom wall leaving an opening to the outside. They tried to cover it with a cheap wall hanging to prevent us from seeing the opening. Unbelievable! Home is in disrepair. I personally invest in properties and we know what a 5-Star rating is because that is what we do. This home in Tulsa would be considered a "tear-down" to us and a complete remodel in order to do it right. The only redeeming factor was that the bed was comfortable and the mgmt did deliver a new microwave when we notified her about it. We spent very little time in the home over a 8-day period and we were glad that we didn't have to. Neighborhood was nice and quiet but for the chain-saws cutting down and loading trees.

Great place to stay

The description of the property was accurate. 4 bedrooms made it easy for each adult and the 2 toddlers to have their own sleeping quarters. One main family area to play , chat and watch TV. Kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher made it convenient for eating in. Spices and dishes were provided: would like to seen cooking oils and a few more things like that. The yard is big, but at the time we were there unkept. Spoke to owner and it will be addressed. Would have been a great place to entertain the children Host was great to communicate with. I missed the final payment and they reached out and were very polite.Also while trading car seats we left our vehicle door open and the host reached out and it was closed for us by the time we made it back. Would for sure stay there again.

About the rental

It was an amazing stay. It was comfortable for everyone and we enjoyed our time! Although, there were some imperfections to the house. The stove didn’t work fully enough to cook certain things we were prepared to cook. The restroom as well at checkin was not working. Someone was sent out quickly to fix it and were gladly appreciative of that! Other than that everything went great as planned and we look forward to doing business with you again soon!

Just Okay

I really don’t like giving negative reviews but I have to address a few things. The a/c needs to be replaced or something it never dropped below 73 even though the thermostat was on 66 when we got there. The house has a lot of charm and has been updated somewhat but the bathrooms need updating too. It was about 11:30 before we got settled in to realize the ceiling fan in the bedroom we were in was on low. I contacted the host and was told to look for a remote or chain on the fan. When I told her I couldn’t find the remote and there was not chain she told me there are extra fans in some of the other bedroom closets. The next day I just happen to be in the room where I could see behind the tv and there was the fan remote in a hold on the wall. I would think the host should know where the remote is and tell you where it is. Overall the house ok for a short stay but they need to do something about the a/c for sure.
