On 4/4/25 I tried checking into this hotel. It was a terrible situation. An hour in line, make it to the counter, staff being yelled at by a "trainer" from Georgia who instead of taking care of business, there were at least 9 people in line trying to check in, was admonishing these new clerks in front of everyone. She was more concerned about the cleaning documents than the people at the counter. That could have been handled after customers were taken care of.
Six people had come back because people were in the rooms they were given cards for (they were assigning rooms that had already been given out). 4 people came back because the rooms were still dirty, and one guy came back because there were 4 dogs in his room. Two guys were outside yelling at each other, not sure why. And out of all the people filled up in the lobby, The first floor and lobby area smelled like cigarette smoke and dogs.
I had my share of this worst customer service and watching new employees be completely demoralized in front of all of us and left. I ended up staying at another hotel where I was safe.
