Welcome to the Sunny Craftsman in historic Owen Park!

It's a Chic and Airy 1920's remodeled craftsman in the heart of the Historic Owen Park neighborhood, designed and curated to be the perfect getaway.

Enjoy your stay at our east-facing 3 bedroom craftsman, centrally located to many world famous attractions with everything you need for your trip. Including Smart tv's, self check-in, Ultra fast Wi-Fi and private off road parking.

The perfect base for both families, traveling friends, or business trips!

Group stay for drift event at Hallet race track

Super cute and clean house! Great for larger groups. Big driveway to fit multiple cars. Host was quick to reply and was great with allowing us to stay an extra night.

We had problems with the lock system from the minute we checked in, then we got completely locked out on New years eve at 12:30am, the property owner turned his phone off and neither myself or VRBO was able to reach him to get us back inside the house- We had to get hotel rooms at 1am which cost us over $400. My medicine was locked inside the house as well as everything else we had with us. We were not able to get back in the house until the owner came a reset the lock, which did not happen until 9am on new years day. Unfortunately there is not way I will ever recommend this place to anyone when the owner has refused to refund the cost of the hotels, saying it was my fault that the lock did not work and that they turned off their phone. When the owner came to let us in, he admitted to me that something was wrong with the lock but when we discussed a refund of the hotel cost he then said it was my fault the lock didn't work- again all of this was an easy fix if the owner had left his phone on when the unit was rented to someone. The house is a very nice unit but when the owner is unreachable and blames the renter for a malfunctioning lock, there is no way I can recommend it. Thank God we were able to borrow money for a hotel room or we would have been sleeping in our van, all because the owner turned his phone off.
