"Check in: This place is impossible to get ahold of. Call the front desk and you get routed to an AI agent. Went to check in and it is with a virtual receptionist that has no clue about the property, where our room was, etc. No staff at night. Zero hospitality. Booked this through hotels.com but when we arrived we had to pay an additional fees which made the room even more unreasonably priced. Would have left if we had not been desperate for a place to stay, lucky for them. Peeling wallpaper, shower did not drain, mouse traps. The worst part is we were in town for an event so unfortunately on top of all of this we paid almost $200 for the night. They didn’t even have decent coffee."

"Our room had a bad weird smell The pool area and patio were excellent an very relaxing We were awakened early morning to someone flushing a toilet or showering, the water noise was like a freight train at 540am The couch was disgusting with stains that we weren’t able to even sit on For the amount of money per night I was very disappointed"

"I landed at almost 1am on June 13th and I was picked up within 10mins of calling for a ride. The shuttle driver and the gentleman at the desk for check in were so kind. Please send them my thank you. Pool and breakfast area were clean and good variety of food. Very clean hotel and rooms."
