「We were supposedly given an “upgrade,” but this property looks nothing like the photos or the updated accommodations that were advertised. Instead, it feels more like a rundown Motel 6. The unit is cluttered, small, poorly maintained, old, and overwhelmed with strong air fresheners that are so overpowering they cause a headache the moment you walk in.This was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what we expected based on the listing.」

「Loved the location of the property. Close to everything and great cozy lake scenery. The unit is quite spacious for 2 people with all of the needed items to have meals at the place.」

「Photo of couch has been edited. It’s half the size of the picture. There is no lighting down walk way to the place. Best of luck finding parking anywhere close by. Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again.」

「They didnt have a room for me due to a fire, and I was stuck paying for an expensive uber to get there to be turned away. I then had to find another last minute place to stay hours before my plane home. All hotel prices were jacked up to 3x the price it would have been when I originally booked. No one gave me any notice that there would be no room ahead of time. I was extremely frustrated and broke down after a weary day of travel. I thought I was going to have to just spend the night homeless...
