"The valet parking was a touch confusing as we weren’t sure exactly where to go, but that’s more of a layout/street setup issue! Once you pull up and check in with the parking guys it was seamless. The front desk people were SO kind and amazing. Personable, friendly, hilarious and immediately welcoming. Our room was clean and very nicely styled. The beds were very comfortable and the PILLOWS WERE SO MUCH NICER THAN USUAL!! the bedding was soft and didn’t feel like the usual stiff and scratchy hotel bulk sheets. highly recommend, and the location cannot be beat! "

"We usually choose Home2 Suites when we travel because we’ve had consistently positive experiences, which is why this stay was a bit disappointing. This particular location felt more dated than others we’ve visited, and there were a few maintenance and comfort issues that stood out. The window shade in our room was broken, and the bed was firmer than we prefer, which made it less comfortable. In the breakfast area, several chairs were visibly worn, with ripped upholstery and noticeable dirt, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, parking required an extra fee. While I can’t recall if this was clearly stated in the hotel description, it would have been helpful to have that communicated more prominently. Overall, this stay didn’t quite meet the standard we’ve come to expect. "
