「リゾートホテルにもかかわらず、眺望のないレストランと部屋しかない。一部の部屋は、崖しか見えず。 系列ホテルが複数あり、リンクを手繰るとほかの施設がでてきて、誤解を招く。値段の割に施設が遅ます。日本の平均的なビジネスホテル以下。町の中心からも徒歩圏だが遠い。」

「Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle...

「Very good hotel, the rooms are beautiful, and the view over the mountains are incredible. Beds are comfy, the bathroom is good and there is a nice breakfast. Location is not the most convenient, it's along the main road in middle Pelling, the restaurants tend to be more in upper Pelling although all hotels have their own restaurants. Then again Pelling is basically just a long road on the flank of the mountain with only hotels along the road. Not much to the place apart from the views of the...

「Mild Indian foods are good for Japanese also. Better to sell their own tea. Trip in beautiful tea garden was fantastic.」

Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out.」
