「私達が宿泊した際のフロント担当Jeremyは口数こそ多く無いものの、ランドリーの使い方が解らなかった際、面倒臭がる事もなく丁寧に教えてくれたり 玄関で荷物を運び入れる際、キャスターがカーペットに引っ掛かって手こずっていたら、さっと手を貸してくれたり さりげない気遣いが大変心地良かった。 車移動を前提にすると、ダウンタウンまで10分位とアクセスが良いのに値段は手頃 朝食はメニューが少な目ではあるものの一通り揃っていて特にヨーグルトは何故か種類が多かった。 セルフで焼くワッフルは無かったものの 一口サイズのボトルウォーターが使い易く便利だった。 ホテルの外観はごく普通だったが、リノベーションされたのか、部屋は大変綺麗でバスタブも有り ゆったりとした作りでとても快適だったので 予定に無かったものの、後日もう1泊する事にしたほど。 次回、ポーツマスに行く際にも是非ともここに宿泊したい 」

「ベッドがフカフカで快適だった。ポーツマスから近く、車で様々なところを回るには便利な場所だった。朝御飯がオーダーして頼むというアメリカでは珍しいスタイルなので、ブッフェ形式の食べ放題を期待している人には不向き。 ただ基本的にレストランなので量は決まっていても（日本人には十分すぎる量）味は良かったので不満ではない。」
