This beautiful property is in a quiet, secluded area(3.3 acres lot) giving privacy, open views, and desert landscaping. Mountain views in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, so you'll get desert scenery and lovely vistas especially at sunrise/sunset.
Only 10-15 minutes from some of Tucson's best attractions. Guests can enjoy easy access to The Loop for biking, hiking or a refreshing walk, Catalina State Park for hiking, birdwatching, and desert trails, or head to La Encantada, Tucson's premier outdoor shopping and dining destination. For Golf lovers, both La Paloma and Ventana Canyon Golf & Racquet Club are a short drive away, offering world-class courses with spectacular scenery. Art enthusiasts will love the DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun, an iconic adobe gallery showcasing Southwest art and culture. A car is recommended for getting around, as the home is tucked away in a peaceful desert neighborhood. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are just a 10-15 minute drive.
Ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, and downtown Tucson is about 25-30 minutes away by car. Free parking is available on-site.
