Historic Property in 4th Ave/Downtown Tucson. Located a stones throw from the street car & walking distance to the U of A, shopping, night life, bars, & trending eatery's. Walking distance to street car that takes you with in minutes to places like the U of A, student housing, Time Market, Gentle Bens, Frog & Firkin, Hermano's, Rialto Theater, Hi-Fi, downtown and many more Tucson hot spots.

Tucson Street Car, Scooter and Bike rentals are immediately available. Or just take a good old fashioned walk as everything is pretty much walking distance. Venturing out? Freeway access is 10 minutes away. Saguaro National Monument, Desert Museum, and much more located near by.

The location was good. Eric was prompt in responding to question and concerns. He was amenable to letting us get in a couple hours early which was nice.The apartment was a little "tired" though and could use some TLC. The dishwasher did not work and some of the coffee cups were dirty from previous guests. (We were not told that the dishwasher was broken so left it full of dirty dishes. There was no dishwashing soap to handwash them either. Upon arrival it smelled like beer and cigarettes...so when we saw the ping pong ball on the floor...it was apparent that previous guests likely had a party.So we went out to purchase incense to clear the smell which helped.

Its an older home but well kept and clean. Location is really very walkable and nice. Nice to have washer amd dryer as well as dishwasher. Appreciated the coffee pods and nice coffee maker.

Pleasant stay in University and downtown Tucson area. 2 blocks to (currently) free city tram. 2 blocks to bakery, coffee, restaurants. Walk or tram to entertainment. Clean and secure. Off street parking space. Comfy bed. Full kitchen. Good communication with landlord. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to the university and 4th St. We took advantage of riding the slink to everything. Would stay here again!

Simple, basic one bedroom that is clean, within walking distance to the UA, the tram and Time Market (one of our favorites). The host was excellent in terms of communication. My only caveat -- and it is a very small one -- is that the photos rally don't disclose that the unit is actually one-half of a house that has been divided in half. This was no problem for us, but did want to disclose it. We would stay there again if we were looking for a clean, simple, no frills venue a stone's throw from Time Market.

CONVENIENT TO U OF A

Wonderful location, near university, Time Market, street car, etc. Full kitchen & laundry, if you need it, and nice front porch. Would be good to have a taller lamp in living room, otherwise perfect. Will be back!
