Arizona summers can be intense! 🌵 Our air conditioning system is designed to keep the home comfortable, but during periods of extreme heat it may take a little longer to cool to your preferred level. Thank you for your patience and for helping us conserve energy during your stay.
🐶 Pet Policy – Dogs Welcome!
We’re happy to host your furry friends 🐾 Please let us know if you’re bringing them along.
🐕 Weight Limit: Dogs must weigh no more than 40 lbs, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
🧹 Cleanliness: Kindly pick up after your pets in both the backyard and front yard.
💲 Pet Fees:
$50 flat fee for stays of 5 days or less
$15/day starting on the 6th day for longer stays
🚫 Cats: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to housekeeping allergies. Thank you for understanding.
🛁 Hot Tub Use
The hot tub is available by request only and must be booked in advance of your stay.
💲 Fee: $50 per day

📌 Fence Notice
A section of the property fence has minor pre‑existing damage. A temporary repair has already been completed to keep the area secure and functional during guest stays.
🛠️ We’re in the process of replacing it with a new metal fence soon.
👀 If you notice any additional movement or damage during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address it promptly.
