"The staff was very friendly! Several of the elevators were out and I had a hard time finding the one ice machine on the property. Other than that, the pool was great and the food was good at the restaurant. The young man who drove the shuttle was exceptional. He was very polite and handled all our luggage. He also took us to the Train Station which was much farther than the shuttles 3-mile limit. I would definitely stay there again. Also, the Suites were very spacious and comfortable!!!"

"Eggs were rubbery, the served tatter tots for breakfast instead of hash browns or breakfast potatoes, yogurt from fridge was not that cold. Was afraid to eat it. Orange juice ran out and not refilled. Had to ask attendant for it. Breafast both days was not good. No hot water, they had to lend me a room to shower while they fixed. Got back at night, prpblem was not fixed. They did move us to anorher room, but big inconvenience. The hallway smelled extremely musty, sidewalks outside had dried leaves and rocks all over. Looked like it had not been kept up with in a long time. Would never stay at rhe Wyndom again "
