Best Nest for Walking, Swimming & Birding. Pet friendly, no pet fee!

  • Relax in our pet-friendly home! This townhouse is bright and comfortable with a private walled patio, sky deck and onsite parking. Excellent amenities, indoor gas fireplace, new furniture and hotel-grade linens and towels. Free on-site parking.

    Swim in the community salt water pool and hot tub. Wi-fi and a desk nook for remote work.

    Quiet, safe neighborhood. Walk to the DeAnza trail and the #1 Small Art Town in America. The perfect home base for exploring Tubac!

    Pet Owners:

    DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON THE FURNITURE OR BED.
    Leave them alone only while in a crate.
    Pick up all pet waste and put the bags in the trash.

    NOTE ABOUT EXCESS PET HAIR: If you allow pets on the couch and bed and my housekeeper has to remove excess hair, we will charge an additional $30 cleaning fee. Please help us keep the house clean for other guests by keeping your pets off of the furniture.

    POOL TOWELS:
    Use the yellow/orange towels from the bathroom at the pool and hot tub.

    Towels are not available at the pool. There are restrooms and an outdoor shower.

    TRIP INSURANCE
    A friendly recommendation: please purchase trip insurance.

    If you are unable to travel at the last minute, the booking platforms will not return your fees. Please do not ask me to take on the financial burden of your misfortune. Buy trip insurance!
