The receptionist was extremely courteous and accommodating, offering us a refreshing drink upon arrival and allowing us to extend our stay until 12noon on the same day. This flexibility was greatly appreciated, as it enabled us to relax and prepare for our onward journey. I also noted that your hotel offers airport pick-up and drop-off services to Mulifanua, which is a convenient amenity for guests. The receptionist's professionalism and friendly demeanor made our stay very comfortable, and I regret not catching her name to express my gratitude personally.
