The hotel is lovely. The room with the Mt.Fuji view was big with a couch & chair from which we could view the mountain to our heart’s content. The shower/bath was large and comfortable. The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating. Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel. 7-11 is on property. There are multiple options available for food. Our only complaint is that the transportation options from the rail station were not...

Our stay in this hotel is amazing, they have an excellent service and they serve delicious food. The room is very clean and the whole facilities is clean. The location is perfect for all the tourist spots like most of the beautiful spots are less than 30 minutes drive. The staffs are very friendly and we highly recommend this place if you want comfortable vacation and convinient location on everything.

It was a peaceful stay. Check-in/check-out is done by tablet and was easy to understand. It was nice having a microwave in the room. I thought it would be scary to have a room open right to the outdoors, but it was convenient for coming and going quickly. There are snacks available, and the rooftop terrace is nice (beware of bugs like mosquitoes, though). The bed was comfortable. The TV is one of those with Netflix, Abema, YouTube, but no regular TV stations...? I couldn't find any regular...

Beautiful view, hot tub outside with view is breath taking, food was good, staff were VERY nice.

Beautiful property. All the details taken care off. Amazing porche with Mount Fuji view. Has a grill, your own wooden bath. The only caveat is that you need taxi for everything from this location, which we did it care.

I had a great stay at megu fuji. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very cozy and clean. On the rooftop you can see Mt . Fuji. Not far from Lake Kawaguchiko where you can also see Mt. Fuji and go shopping in the cute little town.

Very comfortable hotel to stay

First time ever in Japan for both myself and my fiancé, this hotel has Amazing staff, friendly and helped us call taxis and get around. Breakfast was so good, we did western and loved it. There was a view of Mt.Fuji from our room. The amenities in the room and the open air bath were endless. Great town for seeing real Japan. Fun places to visit close by. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. We loved this place. Yes, the insides are a little dated and the feel of it is very rural. But the employees there are amazing and very helpful. The rooms themselves were extremely clean. The local bus line to all of touristy stuff around the area is 50 yards out the front door of the hotel. The Dino Diner and the breakfast spot next to it are just around the corner and have amazing food. There is a large park next to the bus stop and a scenic...

Good location, very nice rooms and onsen. Plenty of parking area. Onsen room was cold, very unusual. Other then that, hotel is clean and nice. GREAT view, if you pick the rooms with terrace, looking over Mt. Fuji.
