"Hotel is located next to the train station and is connected to shopping area and train station. Very convenient especially if you need to take early train or if you arrive late. The lobby was nice, bright with a sitting area. The staff was very polite and helpful. My room was a double facing the city and mountains. Bed was very comfortable and clean. I had a huge luggage but still had room to move around in room. Loved that check out was at 11:00a and they had luggage storage. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommend."
"Hotel is very convenient and close to Shinkansen station. First floor hotel have Lawson. The room is typical Japanese business hotel but not too small. Very clean. So far if I ever go back to Morioka again I will stay here again. "

I carelessly parked at a Monthly parking space and he helped me to call the car park company and solve the possible penalty problem. "Lovely hotel, excellent staff, great dinner and breakfast. I love the onsen experience. We stayed multiple nights so we can try all the baths. There is a walking path along the lake. We took the hotel shuttle bus to Morioka to explore and took the local bus back. Very convenient and easy to navigate. "
