"I was really looking forward to this hotel from the pictures and yes the communal areas are fab but no one has thought of practicalities and comfort. There are about 20 parking spaces for 85 rooms, folk were parking dangerously and we couldn’t get a space. One receptionist on duty at 5pm. The children’s room in the family room has one very small, very uncomfortable Z bed which doesn’t even open flat. The grouting in the bathroom needs redoing. There are 12 sun loungers for 180 guests, so many disappointed - the pool isn’t heated and loungers in shade so even if you get one it isn’t comfortable to sit after a swim. This place could be so much( better with some thought. "
