"This is an excellent place to stay in Nagano. It’s a short walk from Nagano Station and a short train or bus ride away to most places you’ll want to see. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel is quiet, and there are laundry facilities and onsen onsite. Highly recommend!"

"Very clean. Very comfortable. The sky deck is probably the best amenity. Especially for breakfast time, you are able to zone out and focus on yourself and breakfast time in general. Breakfast times are appointed so not too many guest arrive at the same time which is a plus. Extra toothbrushes w/ toothpaste provided, comb, shower cap, razor etc. Did not have to worry too much about the distance to the nearest tourist attraction/location. Very walkable, but if you get tired, bus stops are at almost every 2 blocks or so. "
