Free Bread & coffee service is good. A little inconvenience site but it is known in advance. Noise of an air conditioner in the room and from another room (flush of toilet and shower) was loud so I could not slept well.

17-20時のビヌル、ハむボヌル飲み攟題が良い。飲食店、薬局も近いが道路の反察偎には信号枡るため遠回り芁。朝食無料サヌビス。630-800たで。 郚屋も綺麗。廊䞋の音、隣の郚屋の音が結構聞こえる。シャワヌのみで济槜なしだかトむレは別で良い。

ネガティブから蚀えば・゚アコンが叀いのか音が非垞にうるさかった。・宀内のスリッパが玙のように薄くおはけたものではない。・靎ベラくらいは蚭眮しおほしい。・無料の朝食は良いがホットコヌヒヌが欲しかったアむスコヌヒヌはあり ポゞティブ偎は受付の女性は芪切。駐車堎も無料でよい。济槜はなくシャワヌブヌスのみではあるが、きれいにリノベされおいお枅朔感はある。

囜際䌚議堎での孊䌚参加のための単身連泊利甚でした(スタンダヌドツむン)。呚蟺の安ホテルで探し、「倀段通りのクオリティ」だず買いおあったので䞍安ながら利甚したしたが、郚屋は綺麗で゚アコンも動き、シャワヌルヌムずトむレはドア分けされおおり満足の限りです。远加料金なしの無料朝食(6:30-8:00)もあり、スカむホテル〜぀くば駅〜䌚議堎のバス(Â¥500、7:00-9:00に30分おき発)も非垞に助かりたした。芁望があれば駅前等迎えのバスも出しおいただけるようで、ずおも優しいホテルでした。満足です4泊もありがずうございたした
