"At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing! Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line ..."

"Заявлено как 2х местный номер. На самом деле это будка между лестницей на второй этаж и потолком. Матрац на одного, очень душно, очень шумно так как ты висишь над взодной дверью.
