The stuffs are very kind and friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the room is beautiful and clean. This is a great hotel.

I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Defo a big thumbs up to this company.

The staff members were so friendly and helpful! We moved to another hotel and forgot our phone/cable chargers. We called back and the staff found it in our room and delivered it to us at our new hotel at no charge. Now that is outstanding service! Kudos to a great staff!

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.
