Sitting a mile north of Northstar California Resort, you'll have no delay in getting out and experiencing some unforgettable mountain fun. Clip on your skis or slip on your hiking boots as there are a plethora of activities for all seasons. If you want to venture out a bit further, Downtown Truckee is a quick drive north offering a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Plus, Kings Beach will be just the ticket for a lake day located just eight miles away.
After a day full of adventure, head inside your cozy retreat where you'll discover updated rooms, warm wood finishes, and comfortable furnishings. Show off your culinary skills in the well-equipped kitchen. The condo's bedrooms are equally peaceful with their inviting color palettes and plush linens. Additional interior perks include a gas fireplace and a washer/dryer.
Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a seasonal lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
