Top Troy Lake Hotel Reviews
Ramada by Wyndham 1000 Islands/Gananoque
10/10 Excellent
"Nice proporty to spend the night on a road trip. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool, but breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very nice and helpful."
Hotel Kenney Rideau
8/10 Good
"Breakfasts were creative and delicious. Few complaints except small things like toilet paper so thin you could see through it, and toilet seat that didn’t fit"
The Woodview Inn
8/10 Good
"A family owned historic inn/B&B, a 5-10 minute walk to various restaurants and the river cruse boat dock. There is a small fine dining restaurant open 5 days a week for dinner. Food quality was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast is included and comes by a cooler left outside your door. It includes fresh fruit, grapes, cheese, OJ with a bottle of sparking wine, pastries, a bun with butter and jam. Plenty to get me going in the morning, you can eat in your room or at a nice patio in the rear. The room has a coffee maker and a small fridge. My room was quite small and didn’t have a closet or much space to hang anything up. A consideration if you visit in winter or it’s raining. Also, no iron/ironing board. The bathroom was also small and lacked any usable counter space. The only mirror was a small one over the bathroom vanity. As a single traveller I was fine, but a couple may find it challenging. No dresser but ample drawer space in various night stands and the desk. Room was quiet and bed comfortable but had 7 pillows, I found myself tripping over pillows I threw to the floor. If you are looking for a boutique experience this should be on your short list. The staff are amazing and the grounds beautiful. They have a variety of rooms so some may offer better amenities."
The Gananoque Inn
10/10 Excellent
"We only stayed for 1 night, but everything was great. The staff, clean room, breakfast and parking. Less than 5 minutes walk to our boat cruise!"
Comfort Inn & Suites Thousand Islands Harbour District
8/10 Good
"Breakfast room overflowing, no seating but staff did best during 1 hour rush of customers."
Riviera Inn and Suites 1000 Islands
8/10 Good
"Staff was amazing but property is a little outdated and old. Detail cleaning is required. Pool was not very clean and had a sign for being heated but was not. Lots of parking and the property is very pet friendly"
Just a fishing cabin in the woods...
10/10 Excellent
"It was a great place to unwind."
1000 Islands B&B – The Bulloch House
10/10 Excellent
"It was an amazing experience to stay at this property. The Host was extremely nice and super welcoming. There’s so much art & history within this B&B. Very comfortable stay and multi-course home cooked breakfast. Loved every second of it."
Exclusive Lakefront Cottage on Big Rideau Lake – Private Dock, Sauna, & Sunset
10/10 Excellent
"This was our second time staying here and we came back because this is such a great place. We came here for our family vacation and it was perfect for us. Big enough for our big family. The docks are big enough for our 4 boats. It has two fridges in the kitchen which is perfect for all the food we bring for the week. I had to reach out to host with a couple questions and she was great at getting back to me quickly and answering my questions."
