"There was no cable tv to watch in my room. The only way to watch tv would have been to login to your own streaming services with your password. Didn't appear to be any front desk staff on site. You check-in virtually, and I called the front desk phone number but didn't really receive much help with the tv."

"Nice employees, very helpful and kind. This was the loudest room ever and we were on a high floor! We could hear the trucks outside and the planes. The air conditioning seemed to turn on over 30-40 minutes. We arrived late, and had to leave relatively early. We needed sleep and didn’t get it. "

"Deceptive advertising photo. Showed a newer building but I was booked in the much older, not well maintained building. Some guests were smoking so much marijuana that it disturbed the entire floor. Guest left dog poop in the hallway. Residue remained for days after supposedly cleaning. "
