Rustic Cozy Cottage! Snowmobile,ATV Trails, Bond & Agate Falls, Bruce Crossing!

  • Cozy 2BR 1BA rustic stone cottage located in the peaceful town of Trout Creek in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Drive your snowmobile or atv straight to the trail. Trail #8 is only two blocks away and let the adventure begin! This is an all season get away! Sleeps up to four. Cottage features a large closed in porch (perfect for storing your gear) hardwood flooring in the living/dining area, full kitchen with coffee pot, microwave, toaster, blender, utensils, and more! There are two queen beds (one in each bedroom) and large closets along with a dresser in one of the bedrooms. We also have a washer/dryer, portable air conditioning, charcoal grill, and fire pit for your convenience. Cottage is clean and comfortable.

    Wireless Internet. Netflix for TV.

    Bed Linens, towels and wash cloths provided.

    Drive thru parking.

    We are located 10 minutes from beautiful Bond Falls, 5 minutes from Agate Falls and there are many other excellent fishing streams within a half hour. There are six ski resorts within a 1-2 hour drive and trail 8 is two blocks away for snowmobiling/atving! If hunting is your passion the area is surrounded by Ottawa National Forest with thousands of acres to explore! The Porcupine Mountains are approximately an hour away and Lake Gogebic is 30 minutes away! Absolutely No Pets Allowed in the home or on the property. Book your adventure today!

The house is in a convenient location for what we needed. While not fancy, the house was very clean and well stocked. The host replied to messages very quickly! My daughter thought she heard footsteps at night..haunted? Still had a great time!

This location was great for 2 couples on our snowmobiling trip. Dale was very responsive, and helpful. Plenty of convenient parking (drive thru) right in the driveway for two trucks with trailers. That was VERY nice. The cabin was cozy and had everything that we needed for a 3 night stay. There were a couple of bar/restaurants within 10 min to eat at. We will stay here again if available.

Great Stay!

Exactly what we were looking for! The alley was great for parking our truck and snowmobile trailer. Dale, the owner, checked in before and during our stay to make sure nothing was needed. Would stay again!

Wonderful place

Snowmobile Weekend

Booked this house for a short weekend in the Northwoods to do some snowmobiling with friends. Great location very clean property. Dale was a great guy that owns the property very accommodating. Will definitely be back next year.

Great place and location

I came to see bond falls and found this place. It looked really nice online and was even better in person. The place was super clean and perfect for my needs. It had a small desk in one bedroom which was really nice. I would definitely stay there again
