"Access to this hotel is via the sister hotel up the road. This is where reception and breakfast are located. The young man on duty spoke good French but was completely unhelpful and without a grasp of customer service - when I explained the dangerous condition of the lift, he tried to defend it! The pool was just perfect for lazy sunny days and evening, and the views… honestly, breathtaking.What made our stay extra special were our wonderful hosts, Veronique, Daniel, and their lovely daughter. Des vacances vraiment merveilleuses !Un grand merci à notre hôte, disponible et attentionné, qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils précieux pour découvrir la région.Le seul petit bémol : l'absence de climatisation, surtout en pleine canicule… mais ce détail a vite été oublié tant la vue était exceptionnelle et les équipements nombreux. "The twin bed was comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. The room carpets dirty with crumbs. The young woman who checked us in was lovely. The woman who checked us out was not friendly, not busy and still unfriendly. We seemed to be the only guests at hotel but they put us in a room with zero views of anything but a grey wall. "
