"We booked this property at the last minute as our original choice in Tropea was WELL below standard. Gianfranco was very quick to respond and accommodate our suddent change in plans. He readied the house in a few hours for an early check in and even met us in the town piazza to guide us directly to the house. He was an excellent, responsive host. "Giusy, our host was very plesant and quick to respond with, check in, queries; also on whats app,etc. The Accommodation is spacious, clean, with an ample Kitchen and utilities. Outside I could park the car within a spacious private garden area which included outside dining furniture. We also by car had a superb seafood dinner at her nearby restaurant, right on the beach. Great place to stay, I would go back again."

"The pool water was finitely not unkept in the week we were there. The water was green. The grounds are very well kept as well as the rooms after cleaning. There used to be a wonderful spa and I had a great massage from Alessandro."

"Lovely little hotel was everything it promised. Great location, fabulous views and comfortable room. About the nicest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a European hotel. Breakfast buffet was small but very good with eggs made to order available. Evening aperitivi on the terrace to watch the sunset were a highlight. What made it great was the attentive and friendly staff. With such a small hotel you see the same few people every day, you know their names and they know you on sight. It has more of a family feel than a big impersonal hotel. Recommendations for restaurants were great. They handled all our reservations for us so we never waited in a line. Highly recommended"

"The staff was wonderful and quickly met any of our requests. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas. It is walking distance to the beaches and the old city centre. The outdoor pool area with loungers and patio furniture is well maintained. Paolo was also kind enough to arrange a boat trip along the coast for our large family. They made our trip memorable. Thank you!"

"The hotel is fabulous. A short walk from the centre but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We had a sea view room on the first floor with a large sitting aRea and couldn’t be happier. The room was spacious, modest and very clean. The amenities were perfect and the views spectacular! The staff (Selena, Martina and others) were warm and welcoming the entire time. It felt like a family owned and run hotel. Would recommend it again and again!"
