expedia の地図に表示されるのとは違う、港のそばのベルベット地区。 入り口を示す地図などを送付してくれたが、大変わかりづらくて迷った。 室内は綺麗で広くて良い。また海や北極教会も窓から見えて眺望が良い。

港の側で、とても静かです。難点は、メールのやり取りだけで、チェックイン・チェックアウトです。事前にWi-Fiの連絡はありませんでした。施設等は綺麗で申し分ありません。 コミュニケーションの取り方を工夫して欲しいです

Everything was great. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was warm and comfortable. The only thing I would change is not having a ground floor apartment as their are only net curtains in the lounge and no blinds in the kitchen. Maybe book for a view overlooking the water. I would recommend and will be back !

An excellent apartment and ideal for our 5-night stay in Tromso. Very clean, comfortable and warm. Well located within easy walk of the town and bus stops. The Airport Express bus stops just 100m away, so easy arrival and departure with luggage. Vervet Bakery close by, handy for coffee and excellent pastries. The TV didn't work on arrival, but was quickly fixed. Beware the TV receives no broadcast channels, so come prepared to stream your own content. Kitchen was well-equipped with quality appliances, crockery and utensils. Heat detector above the induction hob very sensitive and took some getting used to. Only improvement suggestion would be to clarify the instructions on actions to take if the fire alarm is accidently triggered as currently these are ambiguous. We avoided this scenario by pulling the screens around the kitchen when cooking. These were minor issues in what is overall very good accommodation. We would definitely stay again and don't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Very handy having an apartment with kitchen so we didn't have to eat out each day. Apartment equiped with everything we needed. Gorgeous view of the Artic Cathedral from our balcony. Super handy for centre of Tromsø. Access is via a code so no worrying about where you have left the room key.

Excellent location. Bakery and restaurants a few minutes away from apartment and just a short walk to the main area of town. Very clean, very nice place to stay, and communication with management was outstanding. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Great location. Very clean. I had to report a broken blind, but it was fixed the very same day. I would recommend some clothes for wiping table and kitchen benches and a tea towel. Really good communication.

The apartments are as advertised, but missing some amenities, like luggage racks, salt/pepper/sugar/creamer packets. Great location and super easy checkin/checkout.

Ok so Usually I just leave a star rating and not the comments. I will rate this property overall 3 stars. If you could rate different aspects then I would give 5 stars for the location. So... firstly the appartment we was in was a bit tricky to find the reception, and the door with entry code. But Once found and realise there are front and back entrance doors and you find your away around then the location is great. The only thing is many local building all look the same. The room did not look like the pictures on the booking. If wanting people to return there would not be many changes to make, but a few simple ones the beds are the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and the sofa not great either, the wifi is very poor , not major dramas but the weather can change very quickly and you maybe inside. Remember this is self catering and there is nothing in the apartment, apart from the equiped kitchen. The apartment we was in had very little in the way of clothing storage , so in winter time with multi layers or wet damp clothing or footwear. Many light bulbs missing or not working. The shower with the huge head, is one of those that looks great but water pressure is very low. A few basics provided would have been great to help . But On the whole we enjoed Tromso and Loved Norway The bedding quilts are tiny and extra bedding is available for a cost,
