Cute little apartment. Only real complaint is that the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. The 10:00 checkout was a little inconvenient too. All communication including check in codes was communicated via email which worked just fine.

The location of this apartment is great. You can walk to restaurants, shops and harbor area. The place was spaceous and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Checking in was not easy since we were not given the number of our apartment in the check-in info and we had to call to find out. We were also missing a coffee maker, pots, and sharp knives (and kitchen towels) which made it difficult to prepare breakfasts. The bathroom is very small.

Listing does not show outside of the building, which is probably because it looks like a military barracks. There are large trash containers greeting you at the front door. Then a long flight of spiral stairs with no elevator to the rooms. Charge NOK 100 for “luggage storage”, which was only a water heater room. Rooms are utilitarian at best. One small pillow per person. No soap for a shower. Chairs were covered in stains in both units. Blackout curtains were black velvet on which dust was visible and was enough to cause allergies. Only one side of the bed had a night stand. Staff do not respond to any communication we sent to them. We had no heat in one room and had asked for two rooms together and instead got the two furthest rooms possible. Several light bulbs were also out and/or missing which could not be taken care of because staff was reachable by text only and did not respond. Overall the appeal of the apartment hotel is to have a place that is comfortable to hang out in and have a quick meal. You give up the common areas of a hotel for the space and simple amenities of the room. It was very hard to get comfortable here. The stained chairs were unsettling. Who knows what that is. There were no places for clothes and suitcases, just a small open air coat rack. This was the worst accommodation I have experienced in many years. Would not recommend to anyone unless they are expecting conditions similar to a youth hostel.

Unfortunately stay wasn’t great. I didnt expect that toiletries are missing, that’s not good when you check in late at night and you can’t take a proper shower. Also the sound (like vibrating or something) was 24/7 so it was hard to get asleep. TV wasn’t working as well.

We arrived about midnight through Tromso airport. We had no trouble with instructions for getting into our accommodation. Because no shops were open at that time we were not able to buy teabags or milk so had nothing until next morning when only a seven eleven was open.

Detta var inte speciellt bra. Lägenheten var kall så jag fick ofta sätta på ugnen som värme. Ugnen var inte städad, så det fanns mkt smulor från maträtter. Ugnen gick inte att öppna helt. Detta hade med placeringen av ugnen att göra i lägenheten (vid dörren). Så den gick bara att öppna halvvägs. Bortsett från det gillade jag stället. Men betalar jag 1500 kr per natt så förväntar jag mig en viss standard. Det jobbigaste var kylan faktiskt, det var väldigt kallt på rummet. Sätt dit ett element som man kan använda nästa gång.

Ugnen gick inte att öppna helt på grund av dörrlåset och dess placering. Det var svårt att ta ut mat ur ugnen.

A localização é excelente. Fora isso, o espaço é mediano, faltavam utensílios/taça, não tem secadora, box do banheiro não tem lugar pra colocar nada e fica muito molhado, não fornecem tapete de banheiro, quarto não tem termostato então regular o aquecimento é complicado (aquecimento elétrico). O local também não oferece espaço para deixar bagagens e são ruins em responder mensagens do hoteis.com (só ligando mesmo e em inglês).

Bra plass og bo. Kunne vært satt på varme på rommene bad og oppholdsrom da. For det var iskaldt ved annkomst og tok forholdsvis "lang" tid å varme opp. Sluk på bad var "tørr" så det luktet på badet. Tv kunne vært oppkoblet mot et system slik at ikke alt måtte sendes til tv vis Crom cast. Som forsåvidt var plugget ut.. Overnattingsstedet har masse matbilder med teksten «restaurant». Det viste seg å ikke være noen restauranter i bygget. Det første som møtte meg da jeg låste meg inn hoveddøren var sterk røyklukt og innestengt luft. Rommet luktet sterkt av dårlig parfyme eller lignende og hadde dårlig/ ingen ventilasjon. Måtte gjennomlufte hele rommet hver gang jeg kom inn, og måtte gjøre det mens jeg oppholdt meg på rommet og før og etter leggetid. Badet var heller ikke helt rent.

Preis - Leistung ist gut. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Einrichtung ist sauber, zweckentsprechend und gut bewohnbar. Trotz Industrie und Gewerbegebäude in der Nachbarschaft, ist es sehr ruhig (Tag und Nacht). Als negativen Punkt muss ich erwähnen, das defekte Einrichtungsgegenstände bei Mieterwechsel nicht repariert worden sind, Fenster Rollo und Nachttisch. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jedenfall wieder wählen.
