Aurora Villa – Central Tromsø

Welcome to your Arctic home away from home!
This spacious villa in the heart of Tromsø is the perfect base for your Northern Lights adventure. Located in Musegata, just a short walk from the city center, restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront, you’ll have everything Tromsø has to offer right at your doorstep.

The property is a classic city home with character and charm.
On the second floor there are five private rooms each with one bed. Four rooms feature a 150 cm bed and one room has a 120 cm bed.
Guests share a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room.
A winter garden is available for breakfast and morning moments.
The communal areas are bright and welcoming with thoughtful interiors combining functionality and style.

Guests get private bedroom and private bathroom. The shared kitchen and living room are used among other guests.
The entire floor except private rooms is accessible. There is a private entrance and a coded door for flexible and seamless check‑in.

We prefer contact via the app or SMS. If something unexpected happens that requires immediate assistance you may call us directly.
We are always ready to help.

We offer optional add‑on services to enhance your stay.
These include airport pickup fridge stocked with groceries upon arrival guided tours and firewood delivery for the firepit.
These services can be booked at time of reservation or before arrival.
These are the house rules for this property. By booking your room or the entire apartment, you confirm that you will follow the rules. A simple principle applies. Leave things the way you want to find them.

1. Quiet hours are from 22.00 to 08.00.
2. No parties. Parties are not allowed in any of the rooms or in the common areas.
3. Every guest must clean up after themselves when using the common areas. This includes:
• Washing used dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery and any kitchen equipment
• Wiping down tables, countertops and any surfaces you have used
4. It is not allowed to enter rooms you have not booked. All rooms areprivate.
5. Respect shared spaces. Keep noise to a minimum in the kitchen, hallway and living area.
6. Store personal belongings inside your own room. Do not leave items in the hallway or common areas.
7. Kitchen opening hours. The kitchen is open for normal use throughout the day, but please avoid loud activity after quiet hours.
8. Garbage and recycling. Please take your trash to the designated bin outside of the apartment when you leave.
9. Safety. Candles, heaters or any open flames are not allowed.
10. Smoking. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building.
11. Visitors. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight unless they are included in your booking.
12. Security. Always close the main entrance properly and do not let unknown people into the building.
13. Damage. Report any damage or issues immediately so we can fix it quickly.
