"Traveling with my cousin and his family. Their room had no hot water on first night and first morning after. Staff was unaware that first afternoon after if it had been fixed. They had to switch rooms, and got a smaller room that our reservation. We asked for some sort of compensation for this major inconvenience (just for my cousin, not for me), and hotel said they couldn’t comp us breakfast because we paid thru Expedia but they would be in touch. However it is 3 days later and no contact has been made. So overall bad marks for service and maintenance."

"The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible! There was an issue w my room when I check in n they fixed it immediately upgrading me. They were super flexible allowing me to stay in the same room for the same rate and even let me have a very late checkout so I could enjoy the place as I was ill and sick for a couple days. The room was clean, nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Overall, I am grateful to all the staff for their kindness and hospitality. So glad I stayed here!"

"Lift B only goes down from swimming pool not up. So over to the lobby it is. Swimming pool bar doesn't work, showers either; toilet door doesn't lock. No staff at all around the pool. Signs around the pool - rules etc missing. Dogs are allowed everywhere including near the pool. Breakfast is average. Service is slow and lacks food replenishment constantly. Reception leaves a bottle of water on the side which is constantly empty. Aircon in the room is not logical and struggles to adjust."
