Staff were kind and helpful. However, this is not a 4 star hotel. The beds were extremely hard, pillows went completely flat, and the elevator is very very slow.

Great customer service by all staff. The location is very convenient to Disneyland! Affordable room rates for location & love free onsite parking! We'll definitely stay again!
