「Room cleaning was thorough and cleaning staff's skill should be very good. All the facilities in the room were in working order and was comfortable enough.
What the bad for me was check-in. In front of me, there were two walk-in people and had been taking a long time for check-in. I waited 20minutes. It was better if receptionist asks me and proceed my check-in first because my check-in finished in 1 minutes.」
