Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom open concept living. Sleeps 10 comfortably - Room for 2 additional people. FANTASTIC view of the lake (open water) sets the tone for a relaxing stay. NEW, IMPROVED Boat Dock to take advantage of our gorgeous sunsets. The boat lift is NOT available for guests to use. We do have boat cleats on our dock and mooring whips for our guests.

Modern kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, ice machine, microwave, blender, lots of spices and cooking oils, pots, pans, baking sheets, towels, paper towels, plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Lots of gadgets for cooking at home to take in the amazing view.

Each adult bed has extra comfort bed topper with plenty of extra pillows. Beds comfortably sleep 10 with extra space for 2 on the couch or blow up bed.

Our BRAND NEW dock (September 25) is equipped for a boat tie off with whip moorings, we have 2 kayaks, a paddle board and water toys galore.

*The house itself is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 10 comfortably. There is a couch sleeper or blow up bed to accommodate 2 more (6 adults and 6 children)*

We have covered outdoor patio seating for 12 to take advantage of the calming water. We also offer a screened in porch if you don't want to sit in the open air. It is perfect for morning coffee or hanging out while the kids play in the spacious yard.

We have a propane grill on the covered patio - one side is for grilling and one side is for smoking [pellet smoker. You will need to bring your own pellets]. We also have extra fold-able tables available for you to use in the garage.

The backyard has plenty of space for outside games (we offer corn hole and ladder ball) . The fire pit and chairs down by the lake are a perfect way to enjoy the s'mores and sunsets.
