「Plenty of space to park, very quiet, no hassle checking in/out. Communication was great and the staff we spoke to were very polite and happy to help with any inquiries. The only slight issue (which isnt really an issue) is the bathroom light was on a sensor, id prefer a switch so i can decide whether to have the light on or not. 」

「Overall everything was good, our only issue was after being there for a few days we noticed the toaster was full of crumbs, obviously not been emptied for quite some time, and the oven tray had not been cleaned after it had been used. 「In close proximity to many interesting sites and places. Close to the sea front. The hotel just gets the simple things that many other hotels surprisingly don't. These include having a dining area to eat and having drawers to put your clothes (instead of on the floor like I had to in the last 3 hotels I stayed in. 「Beautiful, large bedroom, comfortable bed, stunning view. Everything spotlessly clean. Exceptional bathroom. There was a problem with the toilet which was sorted by the time I came back from my day out and about. Friendly breakfast servers. I asked for more milk for my room, which they happily provided. Parking in the street wasn't an issue, costing £18 per day. Great location.」

"The room was cold as the heating didn't work well. There was also no hot water in the shower. Despite requesting improvement, nothing was done. The room was clean and well-maintained, the housekeeping service was very good, and the breakfast was tasty."
