「周囲の音、アメニティの無さ」

「Centrale ligging. Ruime kamer, goede bedden, prima badkamer. Jammer dat de kamer op verdieping 5 ligt」

「チェックインの時間を言っていたがスタッフがいなくて宿に1時間入れなかった。すぐ目の前が駅なのでそこのカフェで1時間待ち電話とメールしてやっとスタッフが車で来てくれて外のゲートの鍵や部屋の鍵を貰いチェックインできた。チェックイン以外は問題なく部屋も綺麗で立地も凄く良い。前もって何時に着いてそこにスタッフが何時に来てくれるのかなど確認していた方が良い。」

「Excelente atencion por parte de Regina. El lugar es muy acogedor y lleno de calor familiar. Es pequeño por lo que los ruidos son facilmente perceptibles. Sin embargo es recomendable si buscas un lugar accesible. El desayuno es limitado pero para nosotros fue suficiente. Gracias Regina.」

「Location, the staff, security. Everything was perfect. But the best part was the BED 🙌🙌🙌」

「The room was clean and nice, bed was OK, but you share a bathroom with 5 other rooms and it seemed like it was always busy when I needed it. Parking not easy, but not impossible. Service was terrible. There is no automatic cleaning or replacement of linens you have to ask in writing, and it can only happen in the morning. The cleaning lady was INCREDIBLY rude. A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that.」

「Bem localizado. Perto da estação e de padarias. Tudo limpo. Apesar da minha dificuldade com as inovações tecnológicas, de acesso, tive total apoio para adentrar no apartamento. Nota 10!!」

「I put 3 stars for overall because it is basic. The instructions were good only if you know how to follow them. It was not straight forward. The lobby on the ground floor is dark and no lights. However, the room is clean. Although there were no staff available but communication was good on whatsapp. The ticketed breakfast were good including the 10% discount on the restaurant. The restaurant offered good food and staff were nice.」
